The National Health Support Program (NHSP) is a government-led initiative supported by the World Bank, working to strengthen Primary Healthcare (PHC) services in Sindh. With a focus on equity, quality, and accessibility, NHSP Sindh is transforming the way healthcare reaches people—especially in underserved and rural areas.

To achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC) that encompasses financial risk protection, access to quality essential healthcare services, and the availability of safe, effective, quality, and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all citizens of Sindh.

To improve the provision of equitable healthcare services delivery through a resilient and responsive health system, ensuring accessible and quality integrated essential healthcare services at the primary level (including prevention, promotion, treatment, rehabilitation, and palliation) for all citizens of Sindh.
